Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$50.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be cancelled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$50.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.
